Custom Sheet Labels for Easy Hand Application

Custom sheet labels are supplied as multiple kiss-cut labels on a flat backing sheet, making them easy to store, count and apply by hand. They are a practical choice for small production runs, seasonal packaging, samples, promotional projects and businesses that do not use automatic labeling equipment. Each label is cut to shape while remaining securely on the sheet until it is needed.

Sheet Sizes and Label Layouts

Choose A4, A5 or a custom sheet size to suit your workflow and packaging line. Labels can be arranged in rows for fast application or nested efficiently to reduce material waste. Round, oval, square, rectangular and custom shapes are available. Our team can recommend spacing, corner radius and bleed based on your artwork, finished label size and preferred sheet format.

Materials and Adhesives

Available face materials include coated and uncoated paper, white film and clear film. Paper is well suited to dry indoor products and short-term promotions, while film options provide stronger resistance to moisture, oil and handling. Permanent adhesive works for most jars, bottles, boxes and pouches. Removable adhesive can be selected when clean repositioning or temporary identification is required. Material selection should be matched to the application surface, storage temperature and expected service conditions.

Printing and Finishing Options

We print custom sheet labels in full color with clear small details and consistent registration. Matte or gloss lamination can add protection and adjust the final appearance. Optional white ink can support clear materials, while spot finishes may be discussed for specific designs. For the best result, provide vector artwork or a high-resolution file with outlined fonts, bleed and a clearly marked cut line.

Common Applications

Sheeted labels are widely used for cosmetics, candles, food jars, beverage bottles, supplements, envelopes, retail bags, shipping cartons and event packaging. Artwork, Sampling and Quality Control

Before production, we review dimensions, artwork resolution, cut paths, color setup and the relationship between the label and its backing sheet. Samples can be arranged when material performance, adhesive strength or color matching needs to be checked. Finished sheets are inspected for print consistency, accurate kiss cutting and clean release from the liner.
